Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je vyjádřeno v jejím názvu " Specifika transformace pobytových sociálních služeb organizace Klíč centrum sociálních služeb, p. o. Olomouc z pohledu klientů." Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku transformace sociálních služeb poskytovaných lidem s mentálním postižením. Cílem práce je zjistit východiska a připravenost klientů na transformaci pobytových služeb v organizaci Klíč centrum sociálních služeb, p. o. Olomouc, a také zmapování výhod a nevýhod, které klienti samostatnějšího bydlení vnímají. Teorii jsou věnovány první tři kapitoly, kde jsou charakterizovány pojmy mentální postižení, proces transformace a popsána organizace Klíč centrum sociálních služeb Olomouc. Praktickou částí práce je kvalitativní výzkum založený na rozhovorech s klienty podporovaného bydlení. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, ze kterých vyplynulo, že klienti jsou systematicky připravování na transformaci a uvědomují si její výhody a nevýhody.

Abstract:

Topic of my bachelor thesis is " Specifics of transformation of residential social services in organization Klíč the social service center from the perspective of clients." This bachelor thesis focuses on how to transform social services that are provided to people with intelectual disabilities. The theoretical part of thesis is in first, second and third chapters. There are characterized the words as mental disability, proces of transformation and described organization Klíč the social service center Olomouc. The last chapter is the practical part of the thesis and includes analysis of interviews with residents of supported housing for people with intellectual disability. Research is based on the survey conducted with half structured interviews. The research bring that clients are systematically prepared for transformation and realize its advantages and disadvantages.
