Cílem studie bylo zhodnotit vliv dlouhodobé farmakoterapie glaukomu na biomechanické vlastnosti rohovky. Skupina 341 očí 172 pacientů byla zahrnuta do prospektivní kohortní studie. Pacienti s nově diagnostikovaným primárním glaukomem otevřeného úhlu (PGOÚ) a oční hypertenzí (OH) byli srovnáváni s kontrolní skupinou. The aim of the study was to evaluate and compare the impact of long-term use of intraocular pressure lowering medication on the biomechanical properties of the cornea. The group of 341 eyes of 172 patients was enrolled in prospective cohort study.
