Diplomová práce seznamuje s problematikou bezpečnosti České republiky s ohledem na možné vnější hrozby. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V úvodu jsou nastíněny základní pojmy z oblasti bezpečnosti a zmíněna historie se zaměřením na podstatné bezpečnostní změny.
