Diplomová práce popisuje projektové řízení jako celek a dále se zaměřuje na mezinárodní metodiku projektového řízení PRINCE2. Dále stručně popisuje hlavní rysy dalších metodik projektových řízení PMBOK a ICB. V praktické části diplomové práce je popsáno projektové řízení konkrétního projektu v souladu s metodikou PRINCE2. The thesis describes Project management focused on international methodology PRINCE2. It describes main features next methodology PMBOK and ICB in general too. There is described project management according to PRINCE2 in the practical part. The described project deals with the implementation of methodology PRINCE2 to business processes of company VRBA Sys, s.r.o.
