Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti Abner, a. s. Cílem bakalářské práce je, na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky odměňování zaměstnanců jako nástroje konkurenční schopnosti, provést analýzu současného systému odměňování ve společnosti Abner, a. s. za účelem zjištění, zda odměňování využívá jako nástroj své konkurenční schopnosti a navrhnout opatření tak, aby odměňování zaměstnanců v této společnosti bylo více konkurenceschopné. Bakalářská práce je součástí řešení výzkumného projektu AKADEMIE STING IGA_AS_02_02 „Řízení lidských zdrojů v malých a středních podnicích“.

Abstract:

Presented bachelor thesis deals with the employee remuneration system of the company Abner, Inc. The aim of this thesis, based on the processing of the theoretical resorts of employees remuneration issues as a tool of competitive ability, is to make analysis of the current remuneration system in the company Abner, Inc. in order to determine whether the remuneration is used as a tool of its competitiveness and to propose measures so that the remuneration of employees in this company could be more competitive. The bachelor thesis is a part of the research project of the STING ACADEMY named IGA_AS_02_02 “Human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises”.
