Abstract:
Penzijní připojištění poskytují v České republice specializované finanční instituce - penzijní fondy. Ty se řídí zákonem č. 42/1994 Sb. o penzijním připojištění se státním příspěvkem ve znění pozdějších novel a dalšími zákony a patří mezi nejpřísněji regulované tržní subjekty vůbec. Specialised financial institutions – pension funds - provide additional pension insurance in the Czech Republic. These have to abide by the Act No. 42/1994 Coll. about additional pension insurance with the state contribution, as amended by the latest acts, and belong among the most strictly regulated financial bodies on the market.
