Employment of the people with health disability (situation in Czech Republic)

Abstract:

Abstrakt V práci je řešen problém pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na situaci uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením a jejich přípravu na vstup, návrat nebo setrvání na trhu práce. Dále poukazuje na výhody zaměstnavatelů při zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených a z toho plynoucích daňových úlev. Také ale ukazuje na výhody pro osoby zdravotně postižené. Další zaměření této práce je na podmínky zaměstnávání poživatelů plného a částečného invalidního důchodu. V práci jsou zmíněny organizace pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, které uplatňují práva a zájmy těchto osob. Dalším důležitým prvkem práce je vysvětlení pojmu chráněná pracovní dílna a chráněná pracovní místa. Aplikační část je zaměřena na jednotlivá zdravotní postižení s možností jejich pracovního uplatnění. Dále je v této části srovnána situace s Evropskou unií a potíže s diskriminací. V závěru aplikační části je poukázáno na výsledek dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

Abstract In this work, the problem of the employment of disabled people is being solved. The teoretic part of this work is specialized on the situation of usage of disabled people and their preparation for the entry, return or abidance to the labour market. Additionaly it points out to the advanteges for those employers who employ disabled people and therefrom arising tax benefits. The thesis describes the benefits for the people with disability as well. Next, the work is aimed on the conditions of emploing beneficiaris of a full and partial disability pension. In the thesis there are mentioned some organizations, which enforce rights and interests of the disabled people. The next important part is explanation of the concept of secured working workshop and secured working station. The application part is aimed on description of various health disablement and job opportunities for the people suffering from such a disablements. Then the situation of disabled people is compared to the situation in the European Union and it also describes the problem of discrimination. The end of the application part revers to the result of the questionnaire investigation.
