Energy Performance Contracting as a specific method of the energy service supplement means reduction of the contractual guaranteed expenses to ensure energy needs of the “TH Motol”. These energetic needs are ensuring and costs are paying by the “servant” and his expenses are covering (among others) from the savings of the essential expenses for ensuring and satisfaction of the energy needs of the hospital …more
