Abstract:

Téma mé práce zní Resocializační středisko jako východisko ze závislosti. Resocializačním střediskem míním konkrétní středisko pro drogově závislé ? Teen Challenge. Cílem mé práce je poukázat na možnost léčby ve středisku Teen Challenge, vzhledem k jeho specifickým metodám v práci se závislými a úspěšnosti léčby. Popisuji závislost, její znaky, formy, osobnost závislého, možnosti léčby a resocializace. V praktické části se zabývám procesem léčby, kterému jsem měla možnost ve středisku přihlížet. Teen Challenge je resocializační středisko vyznávající křesťanské hodnoty, na kterých tato práce stojí. Pracuje se závislými muži, ženami, ale snaží se i o prevenci mezi mladými a dětmi. Ve středisku jsem byla přítomna jako pozorovatel, vedla jsem rozhovory s bývalými klienty a personálem o práci Teen Challenge, měla jsem přístup k dokumentům organizace.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is called ?Resocialization centre as a way out of drug addiction?. By conception ?resocialization centre? I understand specific centre for the drug dependants ? Teen Challenge. The thesis focuses on possibilities of treatment at the The Challenge centre, with regard to the specific methods when working with the drug dependants and regard to the treatment success. The thesis also covers description of addiction, its signs, forms, personality of the drug dependant, possibilities of treatment and resocialization. In applied section of my thesis I deal with the treatment process, that I had an opportunity to observe in the centre. Teen Challenge is the resocialization centre built on and driven by Christian values. It pursues with the drug dependant men, women, but it also tries to prevent young people and children. I was present as an observer in the centre, I debated with departed clients and the personnel about the Teen Challenge works and I had an access to the organization documents.
