Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom webovej aplikácie pre informačnú podporu v oblasti ochrany obyvateľstva. Pri riešení sa zameriava na návrh dátového modelu, použiteľného pri výstavbe webovej stránky. Prvá časť práce je venovaná popisu súčasného stavu ochrany obyvateľstva, ďalej tiež teoretickému základu dátového modelovania a webového designu. The bachelor thesis solves the design of web application for information support in population protection. It is focused on the data model design, which can be used in website construction. The current state of population protection, theory of data modelling and web design are described in the first part of the thesis.
