Tax execution in praktice of customs offices
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce „Daňová exekuce v praxi celních úřadů“ je popsat daňové exekuce v praxi celních úřadů se zaměřením na druhy a skladbu vymáhaných nedoplatků a pokut, oprávnění celních orgánů v exekučním řízení, druhy exekucí a postupy při exekučním řízení. Na základě analýzy účinnosti daňové exekuce popsat a vymezit negativní příčiny působící na úspěšnost exekučního řízení.

The objective of the thesis „Tax execution in practice of customs offices“ is to describe tax execution in a practiced by customs offices focusing on types and content of recovered arrears and fines, the customs authority in execution, types of executions and procedures in the execution proceedings.
