Dissociative identity disorder.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu disociativních poruch, konkrétně disociativní poruchy identity. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na ukotvení teoretických znalostí o disociaci, disociativních poruchách a disociativní poruše identity, u které je popsána její klasifikace, vznik, diagnostika, příznaky a specifika. Dále se práce zabývá popisem vnitřního systému, alterujících identit, jejich vzniku, funkce, specifik a vnějších i vnitřních projevů. Teoretická část předkládá také nástin možných psychoterapeutických přístupů a užívané farmakoterapie. Empirická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní analýzu rozhovoru s respondentem, který již několik let žije s diagnózou disociativní poruchy identity. Doplněna je o rozhovory s jeho životními partnery, kteří se s příznaky diagnózy dennodenně setkávají.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis covers the topic of dissociative disorders, particularly dissociative identity disorder. The theoretical part aims to provide theoretical knowledge about dissociation, dissociative disorders and dissociative identity disorder, where its classification, origin, diagnosis, symptoms a specifics are discussed. Furthermore, this thesis covers the description of inner system, alternating identities, their origin, function, specifics and inner and outer expressions. The theoretical part also provides an outline of possible psychotherapeutic approaches and commonly used pharmacotherapy. The empirical part presents a qualitative analysis of an interview with a respondent, who has been living with a diagnosed dissociative identity disorder for many years. In addition, interviews with his life partners, who frequently deal with the expressions of the respondent's diagnosis, are provided in this part.
