Za diplomovou práci jsem si zvolil „Odpovědnost subjektů veřejného pojišťovnického práva“. Právní úprava je obsažena primárně v zákoně č. 38/2004 Sb., o pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelích a likvidátorech pojistných událostí a v zákoně č. 409/2004 Sb., o pojišťovnictví.
