Abstract:

Téma závěrečné práce „Motivace žáků ke studiu budoucího povolání v oboru kosmetika“ vychází z problematiky volby budoucího povolání pro žáky základních škol. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy a popisuje důležité motivační faktory, které tuto volbu žáků ovlivňují. Sjednocuje poznatky vývojové psychologie z období dospívající mládeže v kontextu další vzdělávací dráhy a shrnuje české i zahraniční poznatky zaměřené k výzkumné části diplomové práce. Praktická část se zaměřuje na proces a skutečné preference volby daného oboru a podrobně rozebírá metodologii realizovaného výzkumu. Jedná se o kvalitativní šetření s využitím mnohonásobné případové studie konkrétních žáků, kteří svými názory a dosavadními zkušenostmi stanovují míru a důležitost rozhodujících faktorů volby dalšího profesního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The theme of the final thesis “The motivation of students to study for their future profession in the field of beauty care” rises from the issue of the choice of the future profession for pupils attending elementary school. The theoretical part enlightens the basic terms and describes important motivation factors, which influence the pupil’s choice. It unites the knowledge of developmental biology in the period of maturing youth with the context of the next educational career and it summarizes Czech and foreign knowledge, which is focused on the research part of the diploma thesis. The practical part focuses on the process and the real-life preferences of the choice for the given field and it analyses detailed the methodology of the implemented research. It is a quality research, which is discussed by the use of multiple case studies of particular students, who establish the degree and importance of the decisive factors for the choice in the next professional education through their opinions and previous experiences.
