Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je radioterapie pohyblivých cílů. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, ve kterých popisuji možnosti radioterapie pohyblivých cílů, od metod starších až po současné nejmodernější metody, které tuto léčbu umožňují. V první části bakalářské práce popisuji, co znamená pojem pohyblivý cíl. Dále definuji, co je to cílový objem, jeho rozdělení a důvody jeho využití. Stanovení cílového objemu je základem pro veškeré radioterapeutické metody. V dalších kapitolách se zabývám trojrozměrnou konformní radioterapií, která podpořila vznik radioterapie s modulovanou intenzitou. Dalším tématem je radioterapie řízená obrazem, jejímž základem je verifikace. V poslední kapitole mé teoretické části se zabývám stereotaktickým radiochirugickým systémem CyberKnife, kde popisuji hlavní součásti tohoto systému a jeho funkce. V závěru bakalářské práce se věnuji praktické části, jejímž úkolem je porovnat odchylky ve změně polohy plicního nádorového ložiska v závislosti na dýchacím cyklu u pacientů léčených pomocí kybernetického nože.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is radiotherapy of moving targets. The thesis is divided into several chapters, which describe the possibilities of radiotherapy of moving targets, from older methods to present the latest methods that allow such treatment. In the first part of my thesis I describe what is meant by a moving target. I further define what a target volume is, its distribution and the reasons for its use. Setting the target volume is the basis for all radiotherapeutic methods. The other chapters deal with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, which supported the formation of radiotherapy with modulated intensity. Next issue is the image guided radiotherapy, which is based on verification. In the last chapter of my theoretical part I deal with the CyberKnife stereotactic radiosurgical system, which describes the main components of this system and its functions. At the end of my thesis there is the practical part, the task is to compare variations in the change in lung tumor position in relation to the respiratory cycle with patiens treated with CyberKnife.
