The evaluation of partnership working with young at risk in Blansko district

Abstract:

Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou síťové spolupráce organizací ve vybraném okrese. Zkoumá vztahy mezi organizacemi, které se věnují specifické cílové skupině klientů, všímá si silných a slabých stránek této spolupráce, efektivity také dopadu této spolupráce na klienty organizací a problematiku delikvence mládeže ve vybraném okrese. Výzkumný cíl práce byl formulován do podoby dvou výzkumných otázek, a to: Které organizace věnující se problémové mládeži v blanenském okrese navzájem spolupracují, jaké jsou úrovně této spolupráce a jak spolupráce probíhá? Jaké jsou efekty a dopady této spolupráce? Práce se v teoretické části věnuje problematice delikvence mládeže, aktuálnímu stavu této problematiky v ČR, institucionalizovanému řešení problematiky v rámci ČR, a dále také organizacím, které se podílí na řešení této problematiky. V další kapitole se práce zabývá konkrétními organizacemi, které působí v blanenském okrese, a pracují různými způsoby s delikventní mládeží. Kvalitativními výzkumnými metodami (analýzou dokumentů a sběrem dat pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníků) zkoumala práce v rámci evaluačního výzkumu způsoby, jakými je realizována práce s delikventní mládeží a spolupráce mezi jednotlivými organizacemi, které tuto práci zajišťují. Výzkum si všímal silných a slabých stránek spolupráce, způsobů spolupráce, a to s ohledem na cíle, kterých mělo být prostřednictvím této spolupráce dosaženo. V závěru jsou představeny výsledky výzkumu, především zjištěné formy spolupráce, jejich intenzita a význam pro řešení problematiky delikvence mládeže. Součástí závěrečné části práce je také doporučení, jakým způsobem by bylo možné spolupráci zefektivnit.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the concept of partnership working in the district of Blansko. Examining relationships between organizations that are dedicated to a specific target group of clients – youth at risk, strong and weak cooperation among these organizations, efficiency and last but not least, the impact on clients of organizations. The research objective was formulated in the form of two research questions: which organizations working with young at risk in the district of Blansko cooperate, at what level and how this cooperation takes place? What are the effects of this cooperation? The aim of the work, which is currently a major research question of this text is to assess the extent and quality of the cooperation of organizations dealing with young at risk in the selected region and to map their strengths and weaknesses with regard to the objectives which should be achieved through this collaboration. The concept of partnership working and network cooperation is gaining increasing support as to streamline the existing methods of work and thus contribute to providing better social services. The work has been focused on monitoring whether the concept of partneship wokrking works in the district of Blansko.
