Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou defeminizace v ošetřovatelství, cílem je popsat měnící se postaveni mužů v ošetřovatelství a rozšířit povědomí společností o dané problematice. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of defeminization in nursing, the aim is to describe the changing position of men in nursing and to increase society's awareness of the issue.
