Předložená práce se zabývá reformami zemí Visegrádské čtyřky. V práci jsou vymezena teoretická východiska, vysvětlen pojem penzijní systém, charakter účasti v něm a jeho historie. Následně je vysvětlen pojem důchodová reforma, důchody reforem, jejich cíle a možnosti její řešení. Druhá část práce se věnuje analýze reforem v Maďarsku, Polsku a na Slovensku, jejich důvodům a dopadům. Na závěr je provedena …more

This thesis is focused on the reforms of the Visegrad Four countries. The theoretical background is defined, the concept of pension system, the character of participation in this system and its history are explained.
