Abstract:

Obsahem práce je především charakteristika role vzdělávací politiky ve vazbě na požadavky trhu práce, zmapování bariér zaměstnatelnosti absolventů, které vytváří vzdělávací systém, a návrh možností na zvýšení uplatnitelnosti této cílové skupiny na pracovním trhu. Práce vychází z charakteristiky vzdělávacího systému, který byl analyzován ve vztahu k tomu, jak připravuje žáky pro vstup do pracovního procesu v Olomouckém kraji. Cílem práce bylo nalézt možnosti zvýšení šancí absolventů uspět při vstupu na trh práce. Dle výsledků provedené analýzy je možné konstatovat, že vzdělávací systém není dostatečně efektivní v přípravě absolventů pro vstup na trh práce. Možnosti zlepšení se nabízejí v oblasti posílení výuky vybraných klíčových kompetencí. V oblasti spolupráce škol se zaměstnavateli je zřejmý požadavek zaměstnavatelů na zvýšení objemu praktické výuky na školách, což potvrzuje téměř 40% ředitelů středních škol. Jak zaměstnavatelé tak i ředitelé škol vidí značné mezery také v oblasti poskytování informací o realitě trhu práce tak, aby se žáci zdokonalili ve vystupování při přijímacích pohovorech, seznámili se s právy a povinnostmi zaměstnanců a získali dostatečné znalosti o možnostech podnikání. Na základě takto definovaných potřeb byl navržen projekt ve formě tématicky zaměřených seminářů pro žáky posledních ročníků středních škol, jejichž cílem je zlepšení orientace budoucích absolventů na trhu práce a osvojení si klíčových kompetencí, které jsou rozhodující při hledání pracovního uplatnění.

Abstract:

The main aim of this thesis is to describe the education policy role in the context of labour market needs and to describe the barriers for employability of graduates made by the education system. An important part of this work is also to look at ways of increasing the employability of the target group. The work is based on the education system analysis in terms of its possibility to prepare graduates for the labour market. The main goal was to find possibilities to improve the chances of secondary schools graduates in transitions into the labour market in the Olomouc Region. The results of the analysis show that the education system is not sufficient in terms of the development of students for the transition into labour market. One of the possibilities to improve this inadequacy is seen in the area of key competences education. Also in the field of cooperation among the employers and schools, a request was made from the employers to increase the amount of graduates work experience. The same proposal was confirmed by almost 40 % of secondary schools headmasters. The employers and headmasters pointed out the inadequacy in the field of labour market education as well. It means, students need to be trained how to conduct themselves during the entrance interviews, they should be accustomed with their rights and duties as employees and they need to have knowledge about the possibilities of entrepreneurship as well. In terms of this information, the project proposal was promoted as thematic seminars for students who attend the last grade of secondary schools. The goal is to improve their orientation in the labour market and enhance their key competences as meaningful elements of becoming employable.
