Post-transcriptional modifications of histone proteins in myeloid cell
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji popisu post-transkripčních modifikací histonových proteinů a jejich funkci v regulaci transkripce, myeloidní leukémii a zánětu u buněk myeloidní řady, u kterých se zaměřuji na neutrofilní granulocyty a tvorbu neutrofilních extracelulárních pastí.
Abstract:
In this thesis I study post-transcriptional modifications of histone proteins and their function in the regulation of transcription, myeloid leukemia and inflammation in myeloid cells in which I focus on neutrophil granulocytes and formation of neutrophil extracelular traps.
