Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením změn tělesné teploty u pacientů podstupujících vybrané kardiochirurgické operace vedené v normotermii nebo hypotermii. Tato práce má teoreticko - průzkumný charakter. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou termoregulace a jejím významem, metodami měření tělesné teploty, vybranými kardiochirurgickými výkony, specifiky péče o pacienta na extrakorporálním oběhu, perioperačními a pooperačními komplikacemi souvisejícími se změnami tělesné teploty a kompetencemi perioperační sestry pracující na kardiochirurgickém sále. Průzkumné šetření bylo provedeno měřením tělesné teploty před, během výkonu a po operaci s následnou analýzou získaných dat. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit vývoj tělesné teploty u pacientů podstupující kardiochirurgickou operaci v průběhu operačního výkonu a bezprostředně po něm. Výzkumný soubor byl složen ze dvou skupin. První skupinu tvořili pacienti operovaní v normotermii a druhou skupinu pak pacienti v řízené mírné hypotermii. Výsledky výzkumu jsou uvedeny v závěru práce.

Abstract:

The thesis involves the analysis of body temperature changes in patients undergoing selected cardiac surgical procedures performed in normothermia or hypothermia. This is a theoretical-observational study. The theoeretical part is concerned with the problem of thermoregulation and its significance, methods used in the measurment of body temperature, selected cardiac surgical procedures, specific care for patients during extracorporeal circulation, perioperative and postoperative complications associated with changes in body temperature and competence of the scrub nurse working in cardiac surgery. The research study was perfomed by measuring the temperature before, during and after the procedure with subsequential analysis of obtained data. The main goal was to obtain data on the evolution of the body temperature during the surgical procedure and immediately after the procedure in patients undergoing cardiac surgery. The study cohort was divided into two groups. The first group was formed of patients operated in normothermia and the second group included patients in controlled mild hypothermia. The results are presented at the end of the study.
