Hormonal Disorders of Adrenal Cortex
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje hormonální poruchy kůry nadledvin. Na začátku je popsána struktura kůry nadledvin a princip produkce hormonů. V práci je uvedeno základní rozdělení hormonů, jejich působení a onemocnění, které s nimi souvisí. Dále se zaměřuje na diagnostiku a léčbu onemocnění. V závěru práce jsou popsána laboratorní vyšetření.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes hormonal disorders of adrenal cortex. At the beginning, it is described anatomy of adrenal cortex and principle of hormone production. The basic division of hormones, its action and its diseases related to them is presented. It also focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases. At the end of the thesis, the laboratory method are described.
