Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma ohledání místa činu. Vytváří ucelený teoretický pohled na význam ohledání v kriminalistické praxi, definuje a rozlišuje zásady, metody, techniku a taktiku ohledání místa činu a seznamuje s dokumentací místa činu a jaké jsou její druhy. V praktické části jsou zjištěny rozdíly mezi teorií a praxí ohledání místa činu. Dále jsou v práci zjištěny chyby, kterých se kriminalisté během ohledání místa činu dopouštějí a jaká existují opatření, jak těmto chybám předcházet.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic taking into account the crime scene. Create a comprehensive theoretical view of the importance taking into account in forensic practice, defines and distinguishes the principles, methods, techniques and tactics taking into account the crime scene and introduces the documentation of the crime scene and what are its types. In the practical part, the differences between theories and practice are made, taking into account the crime scene. Furthermore, the work treats the mistakes that criminals make during the assessment of crime scenes and what measures are in place to prevent these mistakes.
