Tato práce se zabývá významem autoprotilátek v patogenezi a diagnostice diabetu mellitu typu 1. Laboratorní detekce hlavních druhů autoprotilátek napomáhá ke stanovení správné diagnózy autoimunitního diabetu mellitu. Práce je tematicky rozdělena na tři části. This work deals with the importance of autoantibodies in pathogenesis and diagnosis of the type 1 Diabetes mellitus.
