Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je klasifikace pohledávek a vymezení pojmu z různých hledisek, vysvětlení problematiky jednotlivých metod zajištění pohledávek, které banky využívají k minimalizaci rizik úvěrových obchodů a analýza rizik jednotlivých zajišťovacích instrumentů. Práce se dále věnuje nejčastějším způsobům realizace zajišťovacích instrumentů při vymáhání pohledávek. V závěru práce je popsán modelový případ poskytnutí úvěru a jeho zajištění ve firmě XY s.r.o.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a classification of receivables and a definition of the term from different points of view. The work continues with an explanation of individual methods of taking security over receivables, which banks use to minimize credit risks, and an analysis of bank security instruments. Furthermore, the thesis depicts how these instruments are used in enforcement of bank claims. The final part of the work shows an example case of credit provision and its indemnity in the XY Co., Ltd.
