The aim of the bachelor thesis is to make concrete proposals based on trends in gastronomy, including cost considerations. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of terms related to gastronomic trends based on scientific literature. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvoriť konkrétne návrhy vychádzajúce z trendov v gastronómii, vrátane nákladového hľadiska. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje definovaniu pojmov súvisiacich s gastronomickými trendmi na základe odbornej literatúry.
