Diplomová práce se zabývá správněprávním institutem veřejného užívání ve vztahu k pozemním komunikacím jako jednoho z jeho předmětů. This diploma thesis deals with the administrative law concept of a public use of roads as one of its objects. The thesis generally defines the concept of a public use from the theoretical perspective and maps the concept in positive law.
