Measuring Satisfaction of UTB Student Union Members

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je měření spokojenosti členů Studentské unie UTB a porovnání celkové spokojenosti členů se spokojeností členů nově příchozích. Teoretická část se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů, interní komunikací, motivací a pracovní spokojeností se zaměřením na specifika v neziskovém sektoru, do kterého zkoumaný spolek zapadá. V rámci praktické části je spolek Studentská unie UTB blíže představen a vymezen, následně jsou provedena dvě šetření jak kvantitativního, tak i kvalitativního charakteru. Na základě dat získaných výzkumy jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a zformulovány doporučení.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is measuring the satisfaction of the members of the Student Union of UTB and comparing the overall satisfaction of the members with the satisfaction of the newcomers. The theoretical part deals with human resource management, internal communication, motivation and job satisfaction with a focus on the specifics in the non-profit sector, which the studied association fits into. In the practical part, the Student Union of UTB is introduced and defined in more detail, followed by two surveys of both quantitative and qualitative nature. Based on the data obtained by the surveys, research questions are answered and recommendations are formulated.
