Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vnímáním genderových aspektů u pomáhajících profesí pracujících s cizinci. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat genderové aspekty práce pracovníků, kteří pracují s cizinci, jak gender ovlivňuje jejich práci a odhalení problémových oblastí, se kterými se při práci s cizinci setkali. Na začátku bakalářské práce jsou vysvětleny odborné pojmy genderu, dále se práce zabývá genderovou diskriminací na trhu práce. Další kapitoly se zabývají sociální prací s cizinci a strukturou Poradny pro integraci. V závěru jsou popsány osobní zkušenosti pracovníků s vnímáním genderu při sociální práci s cizinci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the perception of gender aspects in helping professions working with foreigners. The thesis focuses on identification of gender aspects of employees, who work with foreigners. It also examines how gender influences their work and identify problematic areas that employees have encountered when working with foreigners. At the beginning of the bachelor thesis are technical concepts of gender defined. The thesis also deals with gender discrimination in the labor market. The next chapters define social work with foreigners and describes the Counseling Center for Integration. A Conclusion consist of personal experiences of employees with the perception of gender in social work with foreigners.
