A technical solution of robotic workplace for laser engraving

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití robota při laserovém značení materiálů. V první části práce jsou základní komponenty průmyslových robotů, základní kinematika a souřadné systémy, jenž roboti využívají. Dále je zde popsán princip laseru a technologie gravírování, jak mechanického, tak i laserového. V praktické části je návrh robotizovaného pracoviště pro gravírování. Součástí pracoviště je šestiosé robotické rameno, přípravek pro vkládání materiálu, který se bude gravírovat a gravírovací laser. V Závěru práce je celkové zhodnocení navrženého robotického gravírovacího pracoviště včetně technicko-ekonomického zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of using robots in laser marking of materials. The first part of the work consists of the basic components of industrial robots, basic kinematics and coordinate systems that robots use. Furthermore, the principles of laser and engraving technology, both mechanical and laser, are described. The practical part is the design of a robotic workplace for engraving. The workplace includes a six-axis robotic arm, a jig for inserting material to be engraved and an engraving laser. In the Conclusion of the work is the overall evaluation of the proposed robotic engraving workplace, including technical and economic evaluation.
