V diplomové práci jsme se zabývali strategickou analýzou hokejového klubu HC Kometa Brno. Za cíl diplomové práce jsme si stanovili vytvoření analýzy prostředí, ve kterém HC Kometa Brno působí, a navržení možnosti zlepšení současné situace hokejového klubu. In this diploma thesis, we examined the strategic analysis of the hockey club HC Kometa Brno. The aim of the diploma thesis is determined to analyse of the environment in which HC Kometa Brno operates and propose options for improving the current situation of the hockey club.
