Triangulation of analytic molecular surface
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto práce je implementácia algoritmu na trianguláciu analyticky reprezentovaného molekulárneho povrchu. Prvá časť práce popisuje súvisiace molekulárne povrchy a významné práce v tejto oblasti. Druhá časť prezentuje algoritmus, ktorý generuje trojuholníkovú sieť molekulárneho povrchu. Posledná časť obsahuje výsledky z testovania prezentovaného algoritmu.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to implement an algorithm for triangulating analytically represented solvent-excluded molecular surface. The first part of this thesis describes related molecular surfaces, the solvent-excluded surface itself and significant works in this field. The second part presents an algorithm for generating a triangular mesh of the solvent-excluded surface. The last part contains results …more
