Cílem práce je vysvětlení vývoje a principů fungování Společné zemědělské politiky (SZP) a porovnání zemědělství jednotlivých států v Evropské unii (EU) a vysvětlení mezinárodní souvislosti SZP. V posledních kapitolách je popsána zemědělská politika ČR a zmíněno zemědělství v okrese Písek. Práce je uspořádána do osmi kapitol. The aim is explanation of development and procedure of EU Common Agricultural Policy, comparison of agriculture of each state of the EU and explanation of international context.
