Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na katastrální právo týkající se katastrálních úřadů, s nimiž souvisí katastr nemovitostí. Je zde vysvětlený katastr nemovitostí z hlediska historie a jeho správy. Dále se tu rozebírají jednotlivé listiny, které katastr používá. V poslední řadě se má práce zabývá jednotlivými vlastnickými zápisy věcných práv k nemovitosti. Abstract:
This bachelor work is focused on land register rights with regards to registration offices to which the registration of properties are linked. The history and administration aspect of the property register is explained. Next there are individual documents analysed which the register uses.
