Zlepšení hospodárnosti a efektivity plánování infrastruktury pomocí BIM

Abstract:

V posledních desetiletích je ve stavebnictví stále důležitější rostoucí digitalizace. Zavádění informačního modelování staveb (BIM), zejména v oblasti plánování infrastruktury, nabývá na významu. BIM, digitální metoda plánování, je stále více požadována veřejnými zadavateli a i přes svou složitost při implementaci nabízí značné výhody. Výzvy spojené se zaváděním BIM, zejména pro malé a střední inženýrské firmy, by však neměly být podceňovány. Ty sahají od nákladové náročnosti až po časovou náročnost integrace do stávajících plánovacích procesů. Navzdory těmto překážkám vede zavedení BIM ke zlepšení plánování díky omezení chyb a optimalizaci spolupráce prostřednictvím vyměnitelných formátů souborů. To pomáhá zefektivnit plánování z hlediska nákladů, času, zdrojů a nasazení personálu, zejména u velkých projektů s mnoha zapojenými profesemi. Využití BIM při plánování infrastruktury však naráží na specifické problémy, jako je nedostatek norem a specifikací a také obtížnost vizualizace větších liniových staveb s jejich specifickými souřadnicovými systémy ve stavebním inženýrském softwaru. Navzdory těmto výzvám je o metodiku BIM velký zájem, protože přispívá nejen ke konkurenceschopnosti, ale vede také ke zlepšení kvality plánování a optimalizaci spolupráce mezi odbornými projektanty. Provedené rozhovory s odborníky a kvantitativní analýzy podtrhují výhody BIM tím, že zdůrazňují zlepšení kvality plánování a optimalizaci spolupráce. V rámci expertních rozhovorů a kvantitativních analýz byla rovněž diskutována a hodnocena ekonomická efektivita a produktivita BIM v plánování infrastruktury, což podtrhuje význam BIM v budoucím stavebnictví. Přidaná hodnota pro inženýrské firmy je zdůrazněna zejména tehdy, když lze plány odvodit z modelu a modely jsou parametrizovány, což vede k reprodukovatelným modelům BIM a úsporám z rozsahu. Tato práce se rovněž zabývá úlohou BIM ve vztahu k environmentálním, sociálním a správním kritériím (ESG), neboť vliv na ně byl odhalen v rozhovorech s odborníky. Je zdůrazněno, že BIM může přispět ke zlepšení environmentální udržitelnosti, bezpečnosti práce a transparentnosti při plánování infrastruktury. Tato disertační práce rovněž zjistila, že využitím BIM při plánování infrastruktury lze dosáhnout významných časových úspor ve srovnání s konvenčními metodami plánování, zejména pokud jsou zadány všechny fáze služeb.

Abstract:

In recent decades, the construction industry has become increasingly digitalised. The implementation of BIM, particularly in the area of infrastructure planning, is becoming increasingly important. BIM, a digital planning method, is increasingly demanded by public clients and offers significant advantages despite its complexity in implementation. However, the challenges of introducing BIM, especially for small and medium-sized engineering firms, should not be underestimated. These range from the cost intensity to the time required for integration into existing planning processes. Despite these hurdles, implementing BIM improves planning by reducing errors and optimising collaboration through interchangeable file formats. This helps make planning more efficient regarding costs, time, resources, and personnel deployment, especially in large projects involving many trades. However, the use of BIM in infrastructure planning faces specific challenges, such as the lack of standards and specifications and the difficulty of visualising larger linear structures with their specific coordinate systems in structural engineering software. Despite these challenges, there is great interest in the BIM methodology, as it contributes to competitiveness and leads to improved planning quality and optimised cooperation between specialist planners. The expert interviews and quantitative analyses underline BIM's benefits by highlighting the improvement in planning quality and the optimisation of collaboration. The economic efficiency and productivity of BIM in infrastructure planning were also discussed and evaluated through expert interviews and quantitative analyses, which underlined the importance of BIM in the future construction industry. The added value for engineering firms is particularly emphasised when the plans can be derived from the model and the models are parameterised, which leads to reproducible BIM models and economies of scale. This dissertation also addresses the role of BIM in relation to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, as the effects of these are evident in the expert interviews. It is emphasised that BIM can contribute to improving environmental sustainability, occupational safety, and transparency in infrastructure planning. This dissertation also found that significant time savings can be achieved by using BIM in infrastructure planning compared to conventional planning methods, especially when all service phases are commissioned.
