Ethnocultural Traditions Organized by School Facilities in Starý Poddvorov and Lanžhot

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na etnokulturní tradice v podlužáckých obcích Starý Poddvorov a Lanžhot, které jsou organizované školskými zařízeními. Konkrétně se jedná o základní školu ve Starém Poddvorově a mateřskou školu v Lanžhotě. Práce se zabývá studiem prostředí, situací, funkcí a nositelů těchto etnokulturních tradic. Zaměřuje se na jejich současnou podobu a uplatnění, zkoumá však také jejich návaznost na původní motivy a interpretace. Práce je rozdělena do pěti základních kapitol. V prvních dvou kapitolách je popsána charakteristika vybraných obcí a historie sledovaných školských zařízení. Další dvě kapitoly se zabývají jednotlivými etnokulturními tradice, nejprve těmi, které vychází z výročních obyčejů a v další části tradicemi novodobými. V závěrečné kapitole jsou zmíněny dětské soubory působící při školách, které se na pořádání etnokulturních tradic výrazně podílí.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the ethnocultural traditions which are maintained in the villages of the region Podluží, namely Starý Poddvorov and Lanžhot, and are organized by school facilities. These school facilities are represented by primary school in Starý Poddvorov and nursery school in Lanžhot. The thesis deals with the study of the surroundings, situations, functions and bearers of these ethnocultural traditions. It is focused on its current form and application, as well as on the continuity of the original motives and interpretations. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. The characteristics of the pursued villages and the history of the school facilities are described in the first two chapters. The next two chapters deal with the ethnocultural traditions, firstly, with the traditions based on traditional acts, and secondly, with the modern traditions. The children’s folklore groups which take part in these traditions are mentioned in the last chapter.
