Bakalářská práce se zabývá implementováním metody SMED na 3 vybraných CNC obráběcích centrech ve společnosti Meopta - optika, s.r.o. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout taková řešení, která by zkrátila časy přetypování alespoň o 20 %. The Bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of the SMED method on 3 selected CNC machining centres in the company Meopta - optika, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis was to propose solutions that would reduce the changeover times by at least 20 %.
