Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na autosomálně dominantní onemocnění nazvané Marfanův syndrom. V této práci se budu věnovat projevům jak fyzickým, tak i ve struktuře molekuly DNA, které Marfanův syndrom způsobuje. Dále různým variantám tohoto onemocnění, principům stanovení diagnózy, výskytu v ČR a také, které slavné osobnosti našich dějin byly touto chorobou postiženy.
Abstract:
Work is focused on autosomal dominant disease called Marfan syndrome. In this work I will discuss of phisical and structural manifest in DNA that causes Marfan syndrome. Also is focused on the different variations of this disease, the principles of diagnosis, the incidence in ČR and also which famous personalities in our history have been affected by this disease.
