Abstract:
Warfarin je nejběžněji užívané antikoagulační léčivo u pacientů trpících trombózami v krevním řečišti. Toto léčivo vykazuje nízký terapeutický index a zároveň značnou interindividuální variabilitu dávky léku. Tato variabilita je způsobena jedno-nukleotidovými polymorfismy především v genech CYP2C9 a VKORC1. Abstract:
Warfarin is the most widely prescribed anticoagulant for the treatment of venous and arterial tromboembolic disorders. However, this drug has a narrow therapeutic index and there is a great interindividual variability in the dose required to attain a therapeutic response.
