Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť projekt rozvoja poskytovania služieb sociálnej sta-rostlivosti v DEMY {--} Domove sociálnych služieb Trenčín. DEMY je rozpočtová organi-zácia, ktorá poskytuje formou celodenného a týždenného pobytu sociálne služby mentálne postihnutým deťom a mládeži. The main aim of the dissertation is to suggest the project work for the development of the social guardianship in DEMY {--} the Domicile of Social Guardianship in Trenčín. DEMY is a budgetary organisation which provides social services for mentally handicaped children throngh a whole day and a one {--} week stays.
