Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu rodina, výchova, jejími druhy a styly. Pozornost je věnována především odměnám a trestům, včetně druhů, funkcí, způsobu využívání, rizik a důsledků. Praktická část má charakter kvantitativního výzkumu a podobu dotazníkového šetření. Cílem je zjistit, zda existují rozdíly ve způsobech odměňování a trestání v menších obcích a ve městech u jednotlivých rodin. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, jaké odměny a tresty rodiče považují za přijatelné a jaké za nepřijatelné a jaké odměny a tresty ve výchově využívají nejvíce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the term family, upbringing, types of upbringings and styles of upbringing. The focus is primarily on rewards and punishments, including types, functions, use, risks and consequences. The practical part has the character of quantitative research and the form of a questionnaire survey. The aim is to find out whether there are differences in the ways of rewarding and punishing in smaller villages and in cities for individual families. A partial goal is to find out which rewards and punishments parents consider acceptable and which are unacceptable, and which rewards and punishments they use the most in education.
