Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi náhrady klasických analýz průběžné výrobní kontroly, např. tenkovrstvé chromatografie nebo potenciometrická titrace, NIR spektrometrií, při výrobě Nicergolinu.
Abstract:
This work deals with the possibilities of replacement of classic in-process control analysis, eg. thin layer chromatography or potentiometric titrations, with NIR spectrometry, in production of Nicergoline.
