Bachelor thesis succession law, namely the transition of assets and rights of the deceased to his heirs to the statutory conditions and sequences. The work is conceived in four chapters. Bakalárska práca sa venuje dedeniu zo zákona, teda prechodu majetku a práv poručiteľa na jeho dedičov na základe zákonom stanovenej postupnosti a podmienok. Práca je koncipovaná do štyroch kapitol. V úvode sa venujeme historickému vývoju dedenia so zameraním na dedenie zákonných dedičov.
