V bakalárskej práci sa venujeme samotnému pojmu medzinárodný obchod, finančnej kríze a jej dopadom. Práca pozostáva s troch hlavných častí. Prvá časť obsahuje charakteristiku medzinárodného obchodu, jeho vývoj a funkcie. Najrozsiahlejšia časť sa venuje finančnej kríze. Sú tu popísané historicky najznámejšie krízy, ich vznik a priebeh.
