Monitoring the intensity of photosynthesis in greenhouse culture of vegetables

Abstract:

Literární část diplomové práce obsahuje základní informace o rajčeti tyčkovém (Solanum lycopersicum L.) hydroponickém pěstování a parametrech živného roztoku, pro úspěšné pěstování rajčat v hydroponii. Dále podrobně popisuje fotosyntézu a její jednotlivé fáze. Nejrůznější měřící postupy při měření parametrů souvisejících s fotosyntézou a chlorofylem. Kapitola metodika přibližuje sledované odrůdy, podmínky v kultuře, použitá světla a jejich jednotlivé charakteristiky. V rámci této diplomové práce jsou popsány přístroje, s kterými probíhalo měření, spolu s veškerými postupy pokusu. Ve výsledcích jsou popsány výsledky ze všech měřených parametrů, jakými jsou aktivita čisté fotosyntézy (A) stomatální vodivost průduchů (gs), výpočetní parametr efektivita využití vody (WUE) a taky index aktivního chlorofylu (CCI). Na základě experimentu bylo zjištěno, že výsledky parametrů po statistickém zpracování vykazovaly velmi odlišných hodnot a na základě těchto hodnot, nebylo možné jednoznačně určit, jestli je lepším přisvětlovacím zdrojem výbojka HPS 400, nežli jiné použité světlo vhodnější pro odrůdu A, nebo odrůdu B.

Abstract:

The literary part of the thesis contains basic information on tomato (Solanumycopersicum L.) hydroponic cultivation and nutrient solution parameters for the successful cultivation of tomatoes in hydroponics. It further describes the photosynthesis and its individual phases. Various measurement procedures for the measurement of parameters related to photosynthesis and chlorophyll. The chapter of the methodology approaches the monitored varieties, the conditions in culture, the used light and their individual characteristics. This diploma thesis describes the devices with which measurements were carried out, together with all experimental procedures. The results from all measured parameters such as pure photoynthesis activity (A), stomatal conductivity of gaps (gs), water efficiency efficiency parameter (WUE) and an active chlorophyll index (CCI) are also reported in the results. Based on the experiment, it was found that the results of the parameters after the statistical processing showed very different values, and on the basis of these values it was not possible to determine clearly whether the lamp is a better illuminating source of HPS 400 lamps than the other light used for the A or B variety.
