Abstract:
V této diplomové práci je analyzován současný stimulační a motivační systém firmy. Teoretická část poskytuje všeobecný podklad pro následnou praktickou část práce, která čerpá z dotazníkového šetření zaměstnanců firmy. Dotazník je součástí práce a je podkladem pro změnu systému motivace zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis analyzes the current stimulation and motivation system of the company. The theoretical part gives the general base of the practical part of the thesis which gains the information by asking employees via questionnaires. The questionnaire is the part of this particular thesis and it serves as the base for changes in motivation system of employees.
