Decision making in a practice of hotel or hotel chain manager

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aims to ascertain the views of managers on the content and implementation of the various stages of the decision-making process in solving the problems of decision-making in response to situations that may in the management of the hotel or hotel chain arise. The theoretical part is a comprehensive view of experts in the field, focusing mainly on the classification of decision-making problems, the decision-making process, using all its stages. It focuses also on the methods and style of management. The analytical section is devoted to a questionnaire survey through which hypotheses were evaluated.

Abstract:

Predložená bakalárska práca má za cieľ zistiť názory manažérov na obsah a realizáciu jednotlivých etáp rozhodovacieho procesu pri riešení rozhodovacích problémov v nadväzností na situácie, ktoré môžu pri riadení hotela, alebo hotelového reťazca vzniknúť. Teoretickú časť tvorí ucelený pohľad odborníkov na danú problematiku, pričom sa zameriava hlavne na klasifikáciu rozhodovacích problémov, priebehu rozhodovacieho procesu s využitím všetkých jeho etáp. Sústredí sa tiež na metódy a štýly rozhodovania. Analytická časť je venovaná dotazníkovému šetreniu, prostredníctvom ktorého boli vyhodnocované stanovené hypotézy.
