Tato diplomová práce se věnuje jednomu z mimořádných opravných prostředků, a to stížnosti pro porušení zákona. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je čtenáři přiblížit tento institut. Práce je členěna do 4 hlavních kapitol a mimo to obsahuje také úvod, závěr a cizojazyčné resumé. První kapitola se věnuje historii stížnosti pro porušení zákona. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on one of the extraordinary remedial measures namely the Complaint for a Breach of Law. The main aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the desired issue. The work is divided into 4 main chapters and contains an introduction, conclusion and foreign language summary, as well. The first chapter deals with the history of the complaint for breach of law.
