Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na vztah euthanázie a současného trestního práva v České republice. Pozornost je věnována i samotnému pojmu euthanázie a její stručné historii. Dále obsahuje i úvahy nad budoucím vývojem této problematiky a srovnání v některých jiných zemích.
