Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fakty o prohibici v USA, Alem Caponem a jeho mafii a uměním, které tato doba ovlivnila. Cílem práce je shrnout fakta týkající se období prohibice. Dalším podstatným cílem je prozkoumat život Ala Caponeho a informace o jeho rodině a případných sklonech ke kriminalitě, protože je považován za jednoho z nejslavnějších gangsterů v dějinách.
